About In Care of Creatures
We started with a dream - it's becoming something even bigger. In Care of Creatures was built to give farm animals a second chance. Over time, our little sanctuary has become a haven for chickens, ducks, goats, pigs, horses, and even an emu — all living safe, loved, and free. But the need hasn’t stopped... and neither have we. Now, we’re getting ready to grow. 

Our next chapter includes:

• More space for incoming rescues — expanded pastures and enclosures
• New shelters designed for cold winters and sum​mer shade
• Improved water and drainage systems for animal comfort and health
• Dedicated care areas for animals needing extra support or healing
• Educational spaces where visitors can connect, learn, and be inspired by the animals’ stories
• Every step of this expansion means more animals rescued, more healing, and more hope.
