In Care of Creatures began with a simple, powerful idea: Every farm animal deserves kindness, dignity, and a safe place to call home. When we started this journey, we had a vision, but not a map. We knew we wanted to rescue farm animals — those often overlooked in traditional shelters – and give them a life of peace and purpose. What we didn’t know was how much they would teach us along the way. We built this farm little by little – a fence here, a shelter there – growing not just in size, but in heart. Each animal that arrived brought their own personality, quirks, and needs. Some were shy. Some were curious. Some just needed time. We saw a recurring transformation again and again: the quiet return of trust, the spark of joy, the moment they felt truly safe. 

Today, In Care of Creatures is home to a growing family of rescued animals — goats, pigs, chickens, horses, cows, and others — all living freely, peacefully, and with the love they deserve. Our sanctuary isn’t just about survival. It’s about thriving. Here, chickens dust-bathe in the sun without fear. Goats climb and play like kids again. Horses graze calmly, finally at ease. Every corner of this land holds stories of healing. 

We believe rescue is more than just a response – it’s a promise. A promise to care, to listen, to provide, and to never turn away from an animal in need. But we can’t do it alone. In Care of Creatures is powered by compassion – and it needs yours.
